Hotel reservations for Saturday night is strongly encouraged as we plan to have a company gathering that evening in the Gas Lamp District. A limited number of rooms have been blocked by the hotel for The Associates at a discounted price so use the link provided here to make your reservations quickly. If we exceed our room block we can then add more rooms so PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT OTHER HOTELS OR ON THIRD PARTY SITES (Expedia, Trivago, etc). If you would like to make it a whole weekend in San Diego book your room for Friday night (at same group discounted price, courtesy of the hotel) as many of us plan to have dinner and enjoy the city the night before, plus it makes it easier to be on time and just walk down for the start of the event.

We will start promptly at 9:00 AM on Saturday, with a “South of the Border” buffet lunch at Noon and wrapping up around 5:00 PM before heading out for our evening event!

Public city parking surrounds the hotel. If you are staying as a hotel guest, self-parking and valet options are available.
